Welcome to the fumor.net Twitter Feats page!
The birdcall-sounding title aside, I set up this particular blogroll to further detail my Twitter Feats. In the beginning of 2009, along with the setup of fumor.net itself, I created a list of 100 different locations from which to “Twitter,” that is, update my “What are you doing now?” status on the famous metroblogging website. ANYONE can update their Twitter status from outside on their cell phone or inside their office, classroom, home, prison cell, etc. I took it upon myself to try and see if, using the power of my Internet-containing cell phone, I could report from five score of places.
The Twitter Feats blog will elaborate on those posts, detailing where exactly I was at the time and why I was there. My aim is to Twitter from these locales while there for another reason. Twittering for the sake of Twittering would kind of lose the point in my book. At least for this.
Another interesting detail about this blog is that its mere setup will allow both you and me to see the order in which I accomplished each Twitter feat. I’m not sure why that is important, but what the hell.
